1. Eligibility for Returns

- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, you’ll be given return instructions and a return address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- You’ll be notified via email once your refund is processed.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

6. Exchanges
We offer size or item exchanges only if the product is available in stock. Please email your exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
